🎯 PaddleClub.my Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Period
• The campaign runs from 1 October 2025 to 11 November 2025.
• All eligible purchases must be completed and paid within this period.
2. Eligibility
• The campaign is open to all customers.
• Each receipt with a minimum spend of RM600 = 1 lucky draw entry; RM1,000 = 2 entries;
• Entries are calculated based on a single receipt only and cannot be combined across multiple receipts.
• Both online and offline purchases of PaddleClub.my products are eligible.
• All customers who spend at least RM600 will automatically receive 1 entry to the 11 November Grand Lucky Draw, in addition to weekly draws.
3. Lucky Draw Mechanism
• Weekly Draws:
o Draws will be held on 18 Oct, 25 Oct, 1 Nov, and 8 Nov, with approximately 10–15 prizes each week, depending on the number of participants.
o Unclaimed or unawarded prizes will automatically roll over into the 11 November Grand Lucky Draw, making the prize pool even bigger.
o All valid entries remain active; if not drawn in earlier weeks, entries will automatically roll over to the next week’s draw until the Week 4 draw is completed.
• Grand Draw (11 November):
o The Grand Lucky Draw will be held on 11 November 2025.
o All eligible customers (minimum spend of RM600) will automatically enter the 11.11 Grand Lucky Draw pool, regardless of whether they have won in earlier weeks.
o The Grand Draw prize pool will include: the original grand prizes + unawarded weekly prizes + additional bonus prizes.
4. Prizes
• Total prize value is approximately RM100,000, with around 110 prizes in total.
• Prizes include pickleball paddles, paddle bags, training equipment, accessory bundles, and gold items.
• Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• PaddleClub.my reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value without prior notice.
5. Winner Announcement & Prize Collection
• Winner lists will be announced on PaddleClub.my’s official website and social media.
• Winners will be contacted via phone / email / WhatsApp.
• Winners must respond within 7 days; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.
•• If winners choose to have prizes delivered, a courier fee will apply: RM10 for West Malaysia and RM25 for East Malaysia.
6. Disclaimer
• PaddleClub.my is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of prizes.
• Any fraudulent purchases, fake orders, or misconduct will result in disqualification.
• Terms & Conditions are subject to change and will be updated on the official website/social media without prior notice.
